We are happy to accept returns on faulty items, all we ask is that you post it back to us and we will refund any postage costs once it is found to be faulty. We will then replace the item and post it to you as quickly as we can.
Unfortunately any Custom or Prescription orders can not be returned as non faulty, this is because each one is made to order just for you.
