The NHS provides free eye tests for Andrew care customers who qualify, are you entitled to a free eye test?

You may be entitled to a free eye examination, some of the criteria are listed below.
- If you are under 16 (under 19 in full-time education) or over 60
- If you receive Income Support, Income-based Jobseeker¹s Allowance, or certain other Government benefits
- If you have certain medical conditions such as glaucoma or diabetes, or if you are over 40 and have an immediate relative with glaucoma
- If you are registered blind or partially sighted
- If you need certain complex or powerful lenses (ask for details)
- If you are named on an HC2 form (and possibly an HC3 form).
