The lens dictates the price of your sunglasses;
Non-Iridiums are the lowest price as they have no mirrored coating, but UV protection is not affected.
Iridium Lenses have the mirror coating and increases the price slightly.
Polarised Lenses cut glare from reflected light, giving an advantage where performance and water collide.
